GraphUniverse: Enabling Systematic Evaluation of Inductive Generalization

We introduce GraphUniverse, a scalable framework that generates families of graphs with persistent semantic communities to systematically evaluate inductive generalization and robustness to distribution shifts, revealing that strong transductive performance poorly predicts generalization across diverse graph architectures and regimes.
